More Pasig departments present annual accomplishment reports

The marathon presentation of the 2022 Annual Accomplishment Reports of various offices and departments of the Pasig City Government continues, as the remaining departments from the Institutional Sector: Fiscal, Regulatory, and Economic Services are scheduled to present their reports today.

The presentations aim to analyze whether the planned programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) of each office were implemented in 2022, as well as the funds used for these activities.

The usual causes of delayed implementation of PPAs are also identified and used as inputs to further improve the implementation of PPAs of the Pasig City Government.

The 2022 accomplishment reports are being presented to members of the Local Finance Committee, including Mayor Vico Sotto and other offices where common-use supplies, capacity development, and information and communication technology hardware and software are lodged.

This activity is being led by the City Planning and Development Office, which analyzes data from the submissions of various offices and consolidates the Annual Accomplishment Report that will be submitted to the Commission on Audit.

The presentations began on Monday, February 27, 2023, with the Social Sector: Health and Institutional Sector: Governance and Administration (Part 1) followed by Social: Education and Institutional Sector: Governance and Administration (Part 2) on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Today, the last remaining departments will present their reports, which will conclude the marathon presentation of the 2022 Annual Accomplishment Reports of the Pasig City Government.
